  • How do I join the Frequent Buyer Program?
    Just provide your name at checkout in-store, and we’ll track your purchases. After you’ve bought X Amount of bags, your free bag will be ready on your next visit."
  • Purchase 12 Bags and receive the 13th for free.
    Purchase 12 Bags of the same brand and size, of premium dog, cat, Feed, or small animal food, at your local Shar-Kare location, and get the 13th item for free. The free item will match the size and format of your previous purchases.
  • How can I check my current bag count?
    To keep track of how many bags you’ve purchased, simply provide your name at checkout in-store. We’ll keep a record of your purchases, and you can ask for your current count whenever you need an update, Or we will tell you
  • How can I redeem my free Bag?
    To claim your free Bag, visit a local Shar-Kare in-store. Once you've bought 12 eligible items, your account will be updated with a free reward, and the count will reset. For redemption, We will redeem it for you at the store.
